Remote Talent Sourcer/Admin Assistant


Responsibilities:


Talent Sourcing:


Administrative Support:

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews, arrange travel logistics, and facilitate the recruitment process.
Generate reports, update spreadsheets, and provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.


Requirements:


Previous Experience:

Experience in providing administrative support in a recruitment or HR environment.


Skills:

Strong proficiency in using social media platforms for talent sourcing, particularly LinkedIn.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as spreadsheets and databases.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
