  • Ensure the delivery and execution of Accounts Payable (AP) services of the Financial Shared Services Organization. Facilitate and manage communication and issue resolution between our external vendors as well as internal customers._

  • Responsibilities_

_ _
- _Perform AP activities._
- _Handle escalations, resolution and decision-making._
- _SLA & KPI reporting and adherence._
- _Identify training needs and deliver trainings with support from global training team._
- _Team management._
- _Tracking to meet outlined and expected standards of timeliness and accuracy in completion of work, through prioritization of team tasks_
- _Responsible to communicate and address issues on delivery to Operation Manager_
- _Daily communicate with client and participate in the established calls and meetings with the retained organization_
- _Ensure team's adherence to procedures and policy guidelines_
- _Execute transformation initiatives_
- _Lead team and drive projects on the schedule_

  • Qualifications we seek in you_

  • Minimum qualifications_
- _Relevant experience of Procure to Pay processes with good understanding of End To process streams and business acumen._
- _Strong communication and influencing skills_
- _Good Knowledge of ERP, Excel, PowerPoint_
- _Conceptual clarity and vision to solve problems_
- _High standard of integrity, strong self-confidence to state and support opinions_
- _Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change_
- _Critical thinking, excellent problem solving, and analytical_
- _Ability to motivate team members to work effectively and efficiently_

  • Preferred qualifications_

- _Accounting/Economic degree or equivalent._
- _SAP Experience._
- _Transition Experience._
- _Accounting certifications is a plus._
- _Completed Improvement Projects_
- _Industry nuances understanding and impact on the PTP processes_
