The ideal candidate will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users on our new ERP system.

This includes creating engaging training materials such as manuals, guides, and videos.

Our goal is to ensure seamless adoption of the system by assessing training effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs with a focus on ERP systems.
Exceptional presentation and instructional skills are essential.
Experience working with e-learning platforms and training software is required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for end-users.
Create training materials including manuals, guides, and videos.
Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
