My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Factory Manager to lead their furniture manufacturing facility.If you are a proven leader with a strong background in production management and a passion for driving operational excellence, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
- Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and workers to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational performance.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in furniture or related industries.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Indepth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in resource allocation and budget management.
- Qualifications in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
