My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Factory Manager to lead their furniture manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daytoday operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
  • Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and workers to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational performance.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in furniture or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Indepth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Proficiency in resource allocation and budget management.
  • Qualifications in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
