- Categorise and capture information accurately, identifying problems, changes and/or flag document and data integrity issues with relevant stakeholders.
- Remove or flag procedural obstacles to quality data and data capturing accuracy.
- Process and capture data within standards and guidelines.
- Manage employee appointments, profiles and service records.
- Update and maintain employee data, leave records and fund codes.
- Terminate employee service records and notify payroll.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, writing letters and organising files.
- Process reservation requests for the HR Boardroom.
- Communicate effectively with employees and the University community.
- Participate in department meetings and identify deviations from legislation and policy.
- Report non-compliance and assist in instituting corrective action.
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years relevant experience.
