    What You'll Do:
    • Serve as the backbone of our recruitment process, coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and managing candidate communications with precision and efficiency.
    • Utilize our applicant tracking system to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to provide administrative support throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
    • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and initial candidate assessments to identify top talent for our organization.
    • Type CVs accurately and fast.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve the candidate experience.
    What You Bring:
    • A proactive and can-do attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service to candidates and internal stakeholders.
    • Tertiary qualification (related to business) with good academics
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
    • Previous experience in recruitment administration or a similar role is preferred but not required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems Placement partner is a plus.
