EMAPPLY is recruiting for a skilled Remote Lead Generation (Outbound Calling) Agent to join a leading Australian real estate team.

As a Lead Generation Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.

This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Role:
Remote Lead Generation (Outbound Calling) Agent

Hours:
Monday-Friday, 1am-9am SAST

Salary:
Competitive salary based on experience RAND P/YEAR

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients identified through research and database
Qualify leads and gather essential information
Set appointments for the sales team to follow up
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all lead generation activities and outcomes
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation and conversion processes
Stay uptodate with the company's products, services, and industry trends
Meet or exceed individual targets and objectives
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving lead generation strategies

Requirements:

Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or telemarketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with potential clients
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Selfmotivated and resultsoriented
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools
Comfortable working in a remote environment
Highspeed internet connection and a quiet workspace

Salary:
R18 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
