Minimum Requirements:

• Red Seal Millwright trade test Certificate
• Experience in Instrumentation / SCADA Systems, PLC, HMI, and High Voltage Switching (optional but preferred)
• Knowledge of plant automation operations
• At least 5 years of experience gained in FMCG or Manufacturing
• Supervisor course qualification (6-month refresher course) including HR / IR Course on delegation, communication, motivation, and discipline
• 3 years of experience managing or supervising a team
• FSSC training (optional but preferred)
• OHS Safety Representative formal training (up to date, optional but preferred)
• First Aid / Fire Fighting formal training with a valid certificate (up to date, optional but preferred)
• Forklift Driver's license (optional but preferred)
• Dryer / Heater bank system training
• Fault Finding skills for electrical and mechanical schematics

Role and Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks according to supplier specifications.
• Manage all mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Adhere to the preventative maintenance plan.
• Ensure the job card system is up to date and submit reports on time, accurate, and complete.
• Update the maintenance program with information on required preventative maintenance.
• Ensure necessary parts are available; if not, order them promptly.
• Consult the Production / Packing Manager when stopping the production line for necessary maintenance.
• Inform maintenance personnel about scheduled machine servicing through the job card and compile schedules accordingly.
• Ensure good work practices are carried out by all operators.
• Ensure high-quality work so that re-occurrence will not occur on the same equipment due to poor work quality.
• C coordinate the measurement tracking of energy efficiency at the mill.
• Be proactive by improving the operational skills level of all operators through in-house and external training.
• Ensure the ION Meter is functioning correctly and recording energy usage accurately.
• Perform daily checks on power factor units and record any defects; take corrective action to rectify them.
• Maintain a dust-free, air-free, spillage-free, and water-leakage-free plant at all times and take corrective action to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and adhere to budget requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and CIPs.
• Ensure food safety requirements as per the FSSC standard are met.
• Effectively manage OPRPs.
• After-hours standby and callout are required.
