Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize manufacturing activities and optimize factory workflow.
• Ensure effective allocation of resources and personnel to meet production targets.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including OEMs, engineering, operations, and specialist sub-contractors.
• Analyze equipment needs and make recommendations for maintenance, repair, or replacement.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of plant assets, including tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Lead a small team of technical assistants through delegation, inspections, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Production Management or related field (advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a recognized Millwright Trade Certificate.
• Multi-skilled in Fitting and Basic Electrical (through recognized apprenticeship).
• Proven track record of success in industrial plants, with expertise in electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, pneumatics, and utilities.
• Basic understanding of SCADA and PLC systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
