    Sales Manager

    You're an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in mining-related sales, ideally within ventilation systems or similar technical industries. You thrive on mentoring and developing a high-performing sales team while implementing strategic sales initiatives. You're a strong communicator, able to engage effectively with clients and internal teams, and you enjoy working independently while leading a team to success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understand KPIs and annual sale targets for this role, ensuring profitable sales in assigned areas meet targets.
    • Conduct market analysis, provide regular updates, and monitor competitors' activities and products.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligning with corporate goals through distribution channels and direct sales.
    • Establish sales territories, targets, and quotas, and coordinate sales distribution.
    • Bid on projects, follow their progress, and negotiate contracts.
    • Maintain customer relationships and manage equipment follow-ups.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in heavy equipment (Wheel Loaders, Excavators, Rollers, Graders, Bulldozers, etc.).
    • Proven success in the entire sales process from planning to closing.
    • Excellent communication skills (speaking is an advantage).
    • Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
    • Excellent business writing and communication skills.
    • Understanding of sales, costing, and margins.
    • Driven, positive, and excellent organizational and negotiating skills.
