POSITION STATUS: 2 Year FTC**
Purpose of the job

The purpose of this role is to ensure end-to-end project management of projects from project planning and/or initiation phases to implementation and relative ongoing maintenance phases pertaining to new stores and refurbishments.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Manage the end-to-end project delivery of projects, from project initiation to project hand over.
• Coordinate all project related activities
• Ensure successful project delivery within budget, scope and timeliness
• Ensure effective administration throughout all aspects of the project
• Collaborate with building managers and technical teams to ensure overall alignment of project objectives
• Coordinate the revision to specifications and ensure that on-site teams are fully aware of the changes
• Ensure strict adherence to Occupational Health & Safety regulations
• Effectively manage all project resources and company equipment on site
• Manage and monitor contract performance on-site
• Plan and manage proper handover processes
• Resolve issues, escalating to Executive Management as and when required

Qualifications and Experience

Required Qualification:
Grade 12. Project Management certificate - (essential)


Experience:
4 years' experience in manufacturing and construction project management with solid experience managing multiple end-to-end project delivery.
