    Description

    Job Requirements:

    • Grade 12 / Matric plus related tertiary qualification
    • A minimum of five years of experience in a similar position within the Material Handling (Forklift) industry is essential
    • Experience as a team leader or supervisor is required
    • Understanding and working knowledge of Kerridge systems, ability to write reports, skill and ability to identify and correct errors on Work-in-Progress (WIP)
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills are necessary

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

    • Analysing and correcting the accuracy of data captured on WIPs and WIP invoicing
    • Ensuring the warranty claims process is accurate and submitted promptly
    • Monitoring labour sales per technician, ensuring that labour recovery data is captured and inputted daily by the controllers
    • Analysing and identifying loss-making Aftermarket contracts
    • Compiling and distributing various daily, weekly and monthly reports
    • Coordinating product field campaigns
    • Preparing commission and incentive calculations for staff
