KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Onsite and internal repairs of digital printers, vinyl cutters and engravers
- Component testing and repair / replacement
- Basic electrical and electronic knowledge
- Sound knowledge of Windows
- Familiar with CorelDraw, Photoshop and illustrator
- Ability to troubleshoot communications devices
- Telephonic support
- General office assistance
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric with some technical experience
- Be able to work in a pressurised environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Complete tasks efficiently and in a timeous manner
- Excellent technical skills
- Able to diffuse delicate situations in a professional manner
- Training will be provided
