    Description

    We are hiring a Key Individual for a Category 1, subcategory 1.3 (Derivative Instruments) position at our Financial Services Provider (FSP).

    Requirements:

    • KI qualification must be a Diploma certified by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA)
    • Experience in Category 1 Subcategory 1.3 Derivative Instruments
    • Recent & up-to-date CPD Hours
    • Minimum of 6 months experience (ideally 3-5 years)

    The ideal candidate should have the capacity and decision-making skills to effectively oversee the financial services activities of the FSP, specifically related to derivative instruments. It is crucial that the candidate possesses the necessary qualifications and experience for this role.

    Qualifications: The Key Individual must possess relevant qualifications in derivative instruments and financial services.
    Experience: Prior experience in derivative instruments and financial services is a must. A deep understanding of the derivatives market, risk management strategies, and regulatory compliance is essential.

    Continuing Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing learning and development in derivative instruments and financial services, including maintaining the necessary CPD hours, is vital.
