The Human Resource Business Support Partner will be a key member of the team and be a point of contact for employees in dealing with a wide variety of HR queries and activities.

The main area of responsibility for the Support Partner will be to provide an HR administrative function that is effective and efficient.

The HR Business Support Partner will receive technical outputs and day to day direction/guidance from the respective HRBP's.

  • Training and Development
  • Remuneration, Reward and Recognition
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Performance Management
  • Relevant HR Qualification.
  • 24 years' experience in a similar role in HR.
  • Knowledge of all relevant legislation relevant to location and stakeholders that impact on HR, training, and development.
  • Previous experience in recruitment &/human resources environment.
  • Proven track record & full understanding recruitment process end to end.
  • Proficient user of MS Office Packages including Word, Outlook, Excel & Power Point.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills & able to work effectively with all staff levels.
  • Excellent negotiation & influencing skills.
  • A strong, assertive team player with a cando attitude.
  • Ability to work independently & part of a dynamic team.
  • Highly detailed with strong problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • An organised individual with the ability to plan and prioritise.
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional service
