Senior Call Centre Agent - East Rand, South Africa - Astor Automotive Staff

THIS POSITION REQUIRES TRAVEL/CAR RENTAL/HOSPITALITY SALES EXPERIENCE
Working hours - Monday - Friday 07h30 - 17h00/Saturday 07h30- 13h00 and then Sundays and Public Holidays are 07h30- 13h00 on a rotation basis
Essential Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 18 months of experience in the Travel, Car Rental OR Hospitality Industry
A good command of the English Language (First or Second Language)
Must be able to handle international clients (excellent telephone etiquette)
Must be able to handle conflict and be a good problem solver
Must have good sales ability
You will need the following documents when applying;

- Copy of South African ID
- Matric Certificate
- A valid Drivers License
- A recent photograph of yourself
