We have a vacancy for a dynamic Commercial Attorney for a Law Firm in the Centurion area.

Requirements:

46 years post article experience
Good Commercial Litigation experience
LLB
B. Com (finance) degree (advantageous)
LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
Strong contract drafting skills
Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&A's, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.).
Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous.
Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.).
Must be able to work independently and manage clients
Practice management abilities

Responsibilities:

Providing legal services regarding a variety of corporate and commercial law matters, including:
