International Recruitment and Employer of Record Specialist

Our team is seeking an experienced recruiter to drive business development for our Employer of Record service, providing South African employees to international markets including the US, UK, and Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for hunting new clients in the UK and promoting our EOR service to them.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Hunt for new clients in the UK and market our EOR service to them.
2. Recruit high-quality South African employees for our international clients.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of success.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes.
• Experience working with CRM and ATS systems.
• A solid grasp of South African legislation and contractual requirements.
• The ability to manage and train less experienced recruiters and EOR specialists.

This role involves sales and client management, requiring strong billings skills and the ability to lead a team. We offer comprehensive training and support during the first 3 months, and expect candidates to demonstrate a successful recruitment background without a history of job hopping.
