- Recruit high-quality South African employees for our international clients.
- A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of success.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes.
- Experience working with CRM and ATS systems.
- A solid grasp of South African legislation and contractual requirements.
- The ability to manage and train less experienced recruiters and EOR specialists.
- R15,000 per month gross salary.
- R1,000 connectivity allowance.
- 10% commission on international permanent placements.
- 10% of the billed EOR fee.
- 10% commission on local permanent placements.
- 10% commission of contract value on local contractors.
