**Accountant IFRS/GAAP/GRAP Role Summary:**

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, with a proven track record of managing complex accountancy duties. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced accountant to oversee all aspects of accountancy functions, ensuring compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and GRAP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conducting financial analysis to inform business decisions, focusing on monthly management reports and management accounts.
• Assisting with year-end functions, including preparation of financial policies and procedures.
• Handling individual company accounts and ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned by the Group Financial Executive and Company Secretary.
• Working closely with Head Office Auditors, Debtors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless accountancy operations.
• Providing monthly Management Accounting Packs to support informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• Commencement (Financial Accounting) Degree – Non-Negotiable.
• Completed Articles.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a Passenger Transport or Manufacturing Industry.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a Management position.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and GRAP.

Estimated Salary: R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
