- Support the store management team in providing exceptional leadership to the store team.
- Ensure the team delivers operational excellence through a customer-centric approach.
- Motivate and engage the store team to achieve high levels of commitment.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet business needs.
- Contribute to visual merchandising principles and provide input on merchandise.
- Drive performance through key store KPIs such as turnover, sales, new accounts, and visuals.
- A Matric certificate is required.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year of store leadership experience.
