As a Barista at Altitude Coffee Company, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for crafting and serving top-notch coffee beverages to our diverse clientele.

Your role goes beyond brewing; you will contribute to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring every customer leaves with a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espressos, flat whites, cappuccinos, and more.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a barista in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a passion for delivering quality beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment, adjusting to varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays.
