Responsibilities:
The SD \administrator is responsible for processing of quotes, purchase orders, and invoices as well as the collection of outstanding debts working in the Administration Department.
- Responsible for processing all sales quotations including freight calculations for Africa
- Process all incoming purchase orders including commissions from Head Quarters
- Provide customers with delivery date (order confirmations)
- Process picking slip
- Invoices (sales)
- Collecting of debt including statements, dunning, debtors' meetings, blocking customers
- Transferring stock items between different warehouses on the ERP system
- From time to time assist with material management duties
- Assistance with annual stock takes
- Occasional ad hoc duties
- Vendor forms
- Tenders
- Switchboard
- Consumable quotes
- CRM master data + SAP payment terms & creating & updating accounts
- Processing returns + credits for sales + service
- Managing POD tasks
- Scanning barcode docs and filing
- Managing all portals
- Checking bank statements daily
- Perform credit checks & maintain info in SAP/ CRM
- Installation tasks and Loaner database tasks
Requirements:
- Experience with SAP (SD modules) is a requisite
- Credit management experience (2 to 3 years)
- Experience as an invoice/ debtor's clerk (2 to 3 years)
- Minimum of matric required
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong personality and neat work
- Ability to work independently and responsibly within a small team
- Must possess strong analytical problemsolving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must have own transport and valid driver's license
- Covid19 vaccinated
