Procurement Projects Coordinator

The Procurement Projects Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of buy-in parts for new projects. This involves supplier onboarding, negotiation, and evaluation to identify opportunities for consolidation of supply and cost-saving initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

Supplier Onboarding: Coordinate the process of introducing new suppliers to our organization.
Cost Management: Manage costs associated with procurement, including negotiations with suppliers.
New Project Coordination: Ensure procurement activities are aligned with project requirements.
Supply Consolidation: Identify opportunities to consolidate suppliers and reduce costs.
Project Management: Coordinate procurement-related aspects of new projects.

Required Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Supply Chain Management.
5-10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a similar role.
Knowledge of accounting and financial documentation.
Understanding of supply chain management principles.
