    Description
    Job Overview
    Hexing Electric South Africa seeks a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to standardize effective warehouse management, reduce inventory levels, and optimize capital occupation. The ideal candidate will ensure warehouse asset security, correct quantity, and clear on-site identification consistent with SAP system accounts in real-time.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Account for and physically manage raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, and production accessories and tools.
    2. Ensure storage in suitable environments, maintain reasonable stacking, and keep accurate inbound and outbound flow records consistent with SAP.
    3. Prepare materials needed for the production line in time according to the production plan and prevent incorrect materials from being distributed to production.
    4. Inspect materials returned to the warehouse by the production line and verify whether material codes and specifications are correct.
    5. Establish and maintain warehouse management systems, including storage and handling specifications for receipts and shipments.
    6. Strictly check finished goods delivery against invoices and require quality personnel to supervise and inspect.
    7. Train warehouse staff in accordance with the ISO management system.
