Minimum requirement
- Matric.
- Min 2 years of administration experience.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Capture staging stock GRNs.
- Check daily production sheets for completeness and accuracy.
- Capture staging pallet traceability daily.
- Filing of Staging documentation and packs.
- Check staging transfer sheets daily.
- Check and report staging stock waste daily.
- Check AODs on the portal daily.
- Create loadout sales orders and print loadout instructions.
- Assist with physical stock counts with staging.
- Assist with commercial and PH cooling GRNS from time to time.
- Assist with commercial loadouts and deal sheets from time to time.
