    • Qualifications: Grade 12 with relevant degree and 8+ years in a senior management role in an accounting practice or relevant exposure.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing junior staff.
    • Results Driven: Results-driven and focused on delivering high-quality results.
    • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
    • Tax and VAT Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of tax and VAT procedures and regulations.

    Salary: Negotiable based on experience
