    Job Description

    We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Personal Shopper.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on products, preparing orders for delivery, and assisting with customer queries.

    • Foster strong relationships with customers by delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations.
    • Demonstrate resourcefulness, energy, and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Customer Service: Provide expert advice and guidance on products, ensuring customers make informed purchasing decisions.
    • Order Fulfillment: Support customers by fulfilling placed orders, making payments in person, and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Issue Resolution: Respond promptly and effectively to customers' complaints and requests, finding solutions that meet their needs.
    • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, availability, and suitability for customers.
    • Teamwork: Collaborate with store departments to ensure efficient service delivery and consistently manage own priorities to achieve deliverables.
    • Communication: Follow instructions from supervisors, engage with customers, and assist other team members in achieving common goals.

    Requirements

    • Education: Matric level or equivalent
    • Location: Must be based in the area or closer
    • Language: Fluent in English
    • Technical Skills: Ability to type in full sentences
    • Experience: Previous experience in Sales, Retail, or Business Development
