Description

The main purpose of this position is to identify, prioritize, assess and develop robotic process-automated solutions for the group, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure business value to the group

Detailed description:

Advise on, and facilitate an understanding of, RPA capability to create awareness around the selection criteria of viable processes for RPA.
Manage the portfolio of RPA processes.
Lead the discovery, identification and recording of processes for automation.
Lead the assessment and profiling of business processes within the group for suitability of RPA and business value.
Manage the quality of the endtoend delivery of automations, from process assessment to deployment.
Assess, optimise and report on the business value of the RPA centre of excellence (CoE) automation portfolio.
Provide requirements traceability for the validation and verification of automations.
Work with the enterprise architecture and RPA development teams to ensure the alignment of technology road maps to the information technology (IT) strategy.
Plan and facilitate user acceptance testing.
Provide training to the business process SMEs and their teams on executing the new process using robotics.
Support the remediation of production defects, as needed.

Job requirements

A Bachelor's degree (NQF 7) in Computer Science or Information Management
A relevant business analysis certificate
RPArelated certification (Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, UIPath etc.)
At least 45 years of experience in a process analysis environment, with at least 1 year of experience in RPA and at least 23 years of experience in business analysis.
