CLC is based in Centurion, Gauteng, and operates mostly within the Short-Term Insurance Industry. CLC is a dynamic and forward-thinking company committed to delivering excellence. As a leader in our field, we pride ourselves on innovation, professionalism, and a commitment to our clients' success.

We are seeking Incident Management Consultants who specialise in Special Peril Claims who are willing to work shifts.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQA


  • Computer Literacy

  • MS Office: Work, Excel, Outlook
  • Intermediate Skill level
  • Clear Criminal and ITC Record
  • Relevant FAIS Credits & FAIS RE5 (beneficial)
  • Minimum 3 years' shortterm insurance experience in dealing with Non-Motor Special Peril Claims
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and display sense of urgency
  • Detail focused and attention to detail

Must be willing and able to work the following shifts:

  • 3 Days 08:00 until 20:00
  • 3 Days Off
  • These shifts keep rotating, and rotations will include working over Weekends and Public Holidays
