An industry dominating Bank is on the lookout for a Finance Specialist in Capital Management to better adjust their capital adequacy ratio and minimise risk.

Job & Company Description:

The role is in the Capital Management Team where you will be tasked in capital management optimization, preparation of capital plans, committee papers and internal/external capital reporting.

You need to be familiar with concepts such as ICAAP (regulatory capital), ECAAP (economic/external capital), Pillar 3, BA700, stress capital testing, and risk appetite.

Education:

CA(SA) preferred
Open to CIMAs as well

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5 years' experience plus in capital management
Understanding and interpreting of regulatory and economic capital plans
Previous experience with BA700 reviews and returns and Pillar 3
