Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth in the commercial vehicle industry.
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in sales or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the trucks and heavy machinery industry.
Hold a valid Code 8 driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
A confident and proactive approach, anticipating issues and requirements.

Benefits

A competitive salary range of R 45,000 - R 55,000 per month, plus medical allowance and provident fund contributions.
