• Luxury Grooming Experience: Deliver a luxury grooming experience by focusing on customer comfort, attention to detail, and the quality of each interaction.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on premium grooming products, make personalized recommendations, and promote aftercare products to clients.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations by maintaining a clean and organized workstation and sterilizing tools after each service.
• Skill Development: Continuously improve skills by staying current on the latest grooming techniques, styles, and tools.
• Client Relationships: Build a loyal client base through personalized service, excellent rapport, and a memorable grooming experience.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5 years of experience as a barber in a high-end or luxury barbershop or men's salon.
• Knowledge and Skills: Mastery in classic cuts, fades, razor shaves, beard shaping, and hot towel techniques. Familiarity with skincare, scalp treatments, or other specialty grooming services is a plus.
• Presentation: Comfortable with upselling and promoting products that enhance the clients grooming regimen. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
