    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to interpret business requirements and translate them into detailed system design specifications.

    • This involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and developing innovative, flexible, and efficient solutions.
    • The successful candidate will have experience in API design, database design, and technical writing, as well as advanced knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
    • They will also be able to build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver Customer Experience Excellence: Provide exceptional service delivery aligned to organisational values and service standards.
    • Ensure System Improvements: Analyse system technical requirements, conduct risk assessments, and define how business systems interface functionally.
    • Analyse Requirements: Interpret business requirements and develop detailed system design specifications.
    • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain working relationships across teams and functional lines.
    • Manage Risks: Identify and manage risks in own area of responsibility.
    • Create Solutions: Develop solutions to meet customer demands and deliver internal and external customer service excellence.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in system analysis.
    • Experience with API design, database design, and technical writing.
    • Advanced knowledge of SDLC and programming skills (advantageous).
