    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform data quality checks on captured files to ensure accuracy and completeness.

    • Facilitate the exchange of information between the Line and FCMS by requesting and uploading ANFs as required.

    • Act on all SOB requests in a timely and efficient manner.

    • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of ANFs and correct invoices to clients seven days prior to ETA.

    • Process SARS via EDI within the established deadlines.

    • Monitor Sentry reports daily to identify and address any discrepancies.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sailing schedules, updating them six weeks in advance.

    • Ensure the timely and accurate update of Vessel ATAs on Oasis.

    • Address re-direction and urgent movements as needed.

    • Coordinate the preparation and handover of trem cards and haz declarations to ICS for hazardous cargo.

    • Monitor NRCS and SAPS Border stop containers, as well as DAP and DDP shipments.

    • Prepare and distribute the Outturn report to agents for follow-up.

    • Inspect damaged cargo and instruct ICS on proper handling and disposal procedures.

    • Process invoices within 24 hours of receipt, ensuring timely payment and providing proof of payment to the relevant parties.

    • Monitor container release status on NAVIS.

    • Prepare accurate costing, including verifying origin billing and invoicing, and following up on amended invoices with correct charges.

    • Assign and manage emails within designated timeslots, responding to emails within six working hours of receipt.

    • Oversee the functions of allocated Inbound Clerks.

    • Meet monthly budget targets for volume and revenue.
