High level of diary management of the executive chairman of a Group of Companies

  • Highlevel Stakeholder engagement
  • Operating and managing the Executive Chairman's office and his schedules
  • International experience needed in planning
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
  • Executive Secretarial and intensive Annual Travel Calendar
  • Highend level Meetings and Events Management
  • International and Local Travel arrangements (Visas, flight accommodation ground transfers)
  • Loading and processing of office invoices and expenses
