High level of diary management of the executive chairman of a Group of Companies- Highlevel Stakeholder engagement
- Operating and managing the Executive Chairman's office and his schedules
- International experience needed in planning
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
- Executive Secretarial and intensive Annual Travel Calendar
- Highend level Meetings and Events Management
- International and Local Travel arrangements (Visas, flight accommodation ground transfers)
- Loading and processing of office invoices and expenses
