Award-winning Spa in Umhlanga, KZN looking for a vibrant and confident Spa Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the spa, maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee all spa activities, including scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor and control spa revenue, expenses, and budgets to maximize profitability.
  • Drive marketing initiatives and promote spa services to attract new clientele and retain existing guests.
  • Maintain a welcoming and serene atmosphere, adhering to the hotel's brand standards.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices, introducing innovative ideas to enhance the spa experience.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years practical experience and Spa Manager in a highend hotel.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of spa professionals.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Indepth knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and wellness practices.
  • Exceptional sales and marketing skills.
  • Proficiency in spa management software and computer systems.
  • Ability to analyse financial reports and make datadriven decisions.
  • Relevant certifications in spa management and beauty therapy.
  • International Qualification ITEC/SAAHSP/CIDESCO/CIBTEC
