We are looking for a talented Program Manager to support our After Market Services programs. You will own the building of this program that deal with all inventory customers return to Amazon.

You will work directly with legal, operations, transportation, and a variety of internal and external partners to ensure the best inventory outcomes possible.

Partner with senior stakeholders to build and execute the program, and future roadmaps to achieve business goals.
Identify the gaps and pain points in the existing processes and come up with solutions short and long term
Partner with teams to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones, and drive delivery.
Set up performance management and compliance mechanisms and track performance on a day to day basis;
Write reports/documents that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis
Operate autonomously; drive forecasts, and handle escalations

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
