  • The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with, and support the Marketing Manager to raise the companies profile, maximise income through lead generation and contribute creatively to the continued growth and development of the organisation. The role will involve all aspects of marketing, most particularly supporting PR, events, paid media and social media campaigns.
  • The Marketing Coordinator will be required to work across all companies under the KCS SA Group

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the planning, developing, managing and executing all marketing campaigns, events and product launches with sales, timeously and effectively from initial idea through to execution and review.
  • Assist in the creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Assist in the planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns social media, blogs, AdWords and remarketing
  • Assist with the management of company websites
  • Support the use of HubSpot marketing automation to create campaigns, generate & track responses/leads
  • To assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, newsletters, product sheets etc.
  • Assist with the planning and executing of prospect and customer events
  • Assist with database management
  • Liaise with customers and partners
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate through discussion with the Marketing Manager

Key Requirements:

Essential

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Event organising
  • Paid Media
  • Creative, practical and able to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • High level of computer literacy including
  • Ability to work well in a team
Desirable

  • Previous marketing experience with relevant marketing skills / qualifications
  • Experience of copywriting and editing
  • Experience of managing website content
