    Job Title: Office Manager

    Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic and growing organisation in Real Estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the business, including sales, HR, finance, and overall operations.

    1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including tracking KPIs, managing sales expenses, and coordinating sales meetings and events.
    2. HR Functions: Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
    3. Financial Operations: Manage financial operations, including income and expenses, payroll, and company insurances.
    4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including financial reporting requirements and employment laws.
    5. Business Growth: Contribute to business growth and drive income through effective management and oversight.
    6. Cost Savings: Identify areas for cost savings and implement cost-reduction strategies.
    7. Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

    Requirements:

    1. Qualification: Relevant qualification in business administration or work experience.
    2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
    3. Sales Experience: Experience working with sales teams and tracking KPIs.
    4. Financial Management: Strong financial management and analysis skills.
    5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    6. Leadership Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    7. Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills.
