Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Alignment of Project objectives with THINK Strategic intent
  • Alignment with funder expectations and requirements
  • Responsible for providing M&E management reports
  • Supporting the collation of monthly/quarterly M&E reports
  • Ensure programme performance indicators reporting as per funder requirements
  • Ensure data QIPs are aligned with DoH requirements
  • Facilitate M&E project training where necessary
  • Regular external stakeholder engagements with DoH to ensure project deliverables are achieved
  • Regular engagements with stakeholder strategic lead
  • Continued internal stakeholder engagements with district management teams including TB technical leads, district managers where necessary
  • Provide direct supervision to provincial M&E manager
  • Capacity building through attending advanced M&E programmes

Required experience and qualification Qualifications**
Minimum Requirement:
  • A minimum of Bachelors degree or equivalent

Desirable Requirement:


  • An appropriate tertiary qualification in public health or certification in monitoring and evaluation

Experience

Minimum Requirement:


  • A minimum of 58 years experience as M&E manager

Desirable Requirement:


  • Experience in a similar environment
