Job Title: Company Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Company Administrator to join our team at Accounting Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of company processes and procedures, particularly in relation to CIPC Registrations, Conversions, Annual Returns, Restoration of deregistered entities, Trademark Application/renewal, SARS: Income Tax/Vat Registrations, Conversions/queries (SARS), E-filing registration / queries, Import / Export License Applications, CIDB: Registrations/ Renewals, and WCC/UIF: Registrations/Queries.

Responsibilities:

• CIPC Registrations: Pty/CC Amendments
• Conversions
• Annual Returns
• Restoration of deregistered entities
• Trademark Application/renewal
• SARS: Income Tax/Vat Registrations
• Conversions/queries (SARS)
• E-filing registration / queries
• Import / Export License Applications
• CIDB: Registrations/ Renewals
• WCC/UIF: Registrations/Queries

Requirements:

• Experience working in an accounting environment
• Knowledge of Pastel and Microsoft Office

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of company processes and procedures
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently
