  • Forming part of the Krones Southern Africa LCS Order Management team, driving customer satisfaction by effectively offering support and proactive promotion of technical solutions on (spares parts, upgrades and services) that will result in improved performance on customer sideYour tasks
  • Developing and promotion of the LCS machine audits and overhauls, to internal customers (Krones / service / sales) external customers (End Customer), ensuing we have a value adding sellable product to promote.
  • Maintain professional communication between KSA, KAG and customers with regards to LCS projects. Delegating tasks to team with set timelines.
  • Planning and execution of LCS machine audits and overhauls between Krones and the customer, ensuring all parties (internal / external) are aware of the required time frames and the deliverables for each project.
  • Planning and scheduling of technicians for all required LCS interventions, in conjunction with the CSC team.
  • Completing all internal documentation, relating to the tracking of the audit / overhaul process and what the next action required is.
  • Ensuring technicians are trained/equipped and have all the tools, documents and procedures available before they arrive on site for a LCS intervention. Ensuring that any special agreement or requirements between you and the customer is shared with the technicians, before they arrive on site.
  • Ensuring that LCS audit and overhaul reports are received back from the technicians, within a week from the intervention and supplied to customers after the quality of the report has been confirmed by you.
  • Liaising with the LCS sales team to get reports actioned and quoted from KAG, within 2 weeks of the interventions.
  • Technical clarification on quotations as per the technician recommendations, needs to be done in conjunction with the LCS technical coordination team and the relevant technician before it is sent to customers.
  • Closing out of LCS audit and overhaul projects technically and commercially, with customers on site when required, ensuring all parties are aligned with the outcome and the next steps.
  • Attend high level meetings with customers, closing out any open issues that are raised. This will be done in conjunction with the relevant internal department responsible for the specific point that was raised.
  • Maintaining the current customer base that is doing annual LCS audits and overhauls with KSA, also expanding the LCS audit and overhaul platform to customers that are not making use of this process. This will be done through active promotion in conjunction with the LCS sales team.
  • Awareness of all LCS tools, retrofits and machine upgrades that can be offered to customers. This will be in conjunction with the LCS sales team.

Profile:


  • Minimum of 47 years' work experience
  • National Diploma in Project Management
  • General Project Management
