    **Job Title:** Senior Electrical and Mechatronic Design Manager

    At E&D Recruiters, we are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical and Mechatronic Design Manager to lead our team of engineers in the design of commercial products and systems. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in electrical and mechatronic engineering to drive innovation and growth.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Direct and manage a team of design engineers on technical projects.
    • Develop and implement engineering project management strategies to meet business objectives.
    • Leverage expertise in electrical wiring design (2D, 3D, Schematics) and control module integration to drive product development.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design reviews and integration.
    • Develop and maintain CAD design and product data management processes for 3D modeling and 2D drawings.
    • Provide leadership in product support and project execution.

    **Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in design, preferably in automotive electrical design.
    • Proven track record of leading teams and driving project success.

    **Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000-$180,000 depending on location and experience.
