The role of Finance Administrator is wide-ranging, and forward-looking, thus we require an excellent individual who can work individually as well as part of a team.

This role will require all round knowledge of Finance and Payroll, from a well organised and focused individual.

What To Expect


The main purpose of this role is to ensure accuracy of data and information that is provided within the company and to our external stakeholders.


Please note. This position is office-based at our site in Searle Street, The Boulevard in Woodstock.


Your role can include, but isn't limited to:

  • Payroll administration
  • supporting external payroll with inputs and ensuring accuracy of data.
  • Assisting operations with financial information inputs.
  • Managing and recording financial transactions using Xero.
  • Processing supplier invoices for approval and payment.
  • Maintaining accurate company records.
  • Liaising with financial auditors.
  • Account reconciliations.
  • Credit card management.
  • Yearend accounts assistance.

We think big and we're looking for team members who think bigger, achieve more and work smarter. Full training will be provided, but we want to hear from you if you have the following skills

  • Finance Admin Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a finance admin role.
  • Experience with Xero would be advantageous.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to interface between finance, operations and stakeholders across the business and provide financial support and interpretation of finance information to nonfinance employees.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to demonstrate the business drivers which impact on performance.
  • Strong communication skills, confidence when presenting to an audience, and excellent written and verbal skills.
