Sales Advisor


To provide a Simply Brilliant customer experience by professionally and courteously handling all customer contact in compliance with company directive.

Providing quality customer service through sales at every instance, promoting products and services whilst stimulating revenue for the business

  • Having a true passion for identifying sales opportunities to maintain and build our Clients customer base, whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • The role involves providing the customer with knowledgeable information by identifying and promoting significant products and services.
  • Outbound Customers and Colleagues escalated sales.
  • Queries to identify, qualify and close new business and renewal opportunities
  • Understanding customer's reasons for exploring cancellation, addressing these positively, identifying opportunities, and looking at various options available with the ultimate aim of retaining their business.
  • Striving for First Call Resolution, on every contact
  • Working closely with service colleagues to raise service standards through escalating issues and opportunities to the most appropriate person, developing joint solutions and sharing best practice.
  • Undertaking other customer administration and product processing activities as necessary to maximize operational effectiveness and deal with peaks in demand
  • Taking correct information, asking the right questions, and offer the solutions that leave them smiling. That's why we'll encourage you to be yourself in our fastmoving, fast growing business.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience to our customers and ensure engagement with the customer to draw their attention to other suitable products available that could improve their customer experience through sales.
  • Making outbound calls. Representing the company in a positive light. Building and maintaining relationships with new, existing, and past customers. Upselling and maximizing sales.

Main Job Requirements

Technical Skills
Multi tasking skills Systems and Platforms

Typing speed minimum 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy

Troubleshooting experience


Work Experience
Sales and Upselling Experience

Experience working within a retail/Telecommunications/Network industry

18+ Months sales experience within a BPO(Call Centre) Industry

Experience within an outbound sales environment

Troubleshooting technical experience -Highly advantageous

Superior Oral and Written Communication, presentation and Interpersonal skills

this is a Sales Driven Position with Earning potential of up to R16 000 Subject to Performance inclusive of Base Salary
