ROLE OVERVIEW:


  • Manage the brand and programme marketing portfolio.
  • Translating brand and programme elements into gotomarket plans.
  • Responsible for developing and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the external agencies.
  • Manage both digital and traditional media to create awareness and promote campaigns for brand and programme, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with marketing team and senior management across all projects, and programmes.
  • Ensure that the company brand guidelines are adhere to.
  • Direct creative brainstorming sessions to align with brand and programme goals.
  • Ensures the creation and execution of campaign design solutions including imagery, marketing, social media, digital and other forms of communication.
  • Ensures that the brand and programme management milestones and/or goals are met.
  • Consult with stakeholders to conceptualise, scope, and develop project deliverables and timelines.
  • Evaluate trends, access new data, and keep up to date with the latest marketing techniques.
  • Obtain approval of concepts from programme, business, and Head of Marketing for final approval.
  • Report back to the Head of Marketing as well as the Senior Management team on campaigns success and challenges.

ROLE DELIVERABLES:


1.

Marketing Campaigns:


  • Conceptualizing of campaigns of programme/project, internal and external.
  • Gathering of information to execute campaigns.
  • Scheduling timelines of campaign completion and/or execution.

2.

Project Management:


  • Assess needs analysis.
  • Define project scope.
  • Define timelines.
  • Identify required resources.
  • Ensure delivery of executables.

3.

Stakeholder Management:


  • Marketing campaign brief management.
  • Collaborate with marketing team and senior management across all projects, and programmes.

4.

Brand and CI:


  • Managing the roll out of the brand identity.

5.

Reporting:


  • Report all the brand and programme campaigns on a weekly and monthly basis to the Head of Marketing and the senior management team.
  • Oversee quality control of marketing campaign creatives.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any related qualification.
years' experience in marketing.

  • Driver's license.
  • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritise multiple, time sensitive projects.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Relationship Management skills.
  • Great Interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Selfmotivated, problem resolution skills, perseverance and inquisitive.
  • Innovative and excellent creative generation skills.
  • Team management skills.
  • Computer Literate Ms Office (Ms Word, Ms Access, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, and Outlook).
