    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee the efficient production process, ensuring timely delivery, product quality, and compliance with regulations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure raw material availability, efficient processing, and on-time delivery to customers.
    • Maintain product quality standards and comply with legal regulations.
    • Manage direct and indirect work sequences in own area.
    • Liaise regularly with customers regarding expectations and performance.
    • Adhere to business operating systems and standards as identified by the Quality Department.
    • Consult daily with other departmental heads to ensure smooth work sequences.
    • Manage personnel goals against respective KPIs.
    • Recommend new procedures and processes to improve quality and quantity, and reduce production costs.
    • Consult regularly with HR and attend Union/Shop Steward Meetings.
    • Plan employee development to improve performance and reach personal goals.
    • Develop succession plans for key positions in departments of responsibility.
    • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations.
    • Coordinate and lead activities in servicing, machinery, systems/equipment, and facilities.
    • Compile and report on daily, weekly, and monthly performance on time.

    Requirements:

    • Relevant degree/diploma in Production or Engineering.
    • 8 years of managerial experience in a highly pressured production environment.
    • Computer literacy.
