JOB ROLE

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum Matric qualification is mandatory.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage.
  • 3 years' experience as a Dialer Administrator or in a similar role, preferably in a debt collections environment.
  • Managing dialer solution software is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of contact centre operations is essential.
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Querying
