    SEO Specialist Job Description

    We are seeking a data-driven SEO Specialist to develop and execute search engine optimization strategies across our e-commerce platforms. As a key player in the digital team, you will optimize website content, enhance organic search rankings, and drive traffic to our online stores.

    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled SEO Specialist to join our marketing team and contribute to the growth of our fashion brands in the digital landscape.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • SEO Strategy & Execution
      • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, and traffic for our e-commerce platforms.
      • Conduct thorough keyword research and identify high-impact opportunities for product pages, category pages, and blog content.
      • Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, headings, internal linking, schema markup, and image optimization.
      • Improve technical SEO, including site speed, crawlability, mobile-friendliness, and structured data.
      • Monitor and improve domain authority through link-building strategies.
    • Content Optimization & Collaboration
      • Guide UX and web developers on SEO best practices, ensuring an optimal balance between design, functionality, and search performance.
    • Performance Tracking & Reporting
      • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
      • Track and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights.
      • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the luxury and premium fashion market.
      • Implement A/B testing for meta titles, descriptions, and page structures to maximize click-through rates (CTR).
    • Technical SEO & E-commerce Optimization
      • Work with developers to resolve technical issues such as crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, and site architecture improvements.
      • Optimize product feeds for Google Shopping and ensure best practices for search engine indexation.
      • Implement structured data markup (e.g., JSON-LD) to enhance rich snippets in search results.
    • Local & International SEO
      • Optimize Google Business Profiles and implement local SEO strategies for retail store locations.
      • Adapt SEO strategies for international markets, ensuring compliance with local search engines and cultural nuances.

      Qualifications & Experience:

      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
      • 3+ years of SEO experience, preferably in e-commerce and/or fashion retail.
      • Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
      • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar).
      • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes.
      • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar).
      • Understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on SEO.
      • Knowledge of paid search (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus.
