We're seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect who is an encouraging team player, passionate about the ServiceNow platform, and has a knack for producing excellent experiences whilst designing highly supportable solutions.

Your key responsibilities


Here, you'll handle a wide portfolio of clients, each with their own backgrounds, strengths and ambitions, so no two days will be the same.

That could mean working to improve our customers' Risk, HR, Customer Service, Facilities, Legal or IT solutions.

Wherever you find yourself, you'll be making a visible impact on ServiceNow projects that cross borders and challenge conventional wisdom to encourage transformation.

You'll often work on-site to personally understand and influence our clients - so you'll also need to be ready for regular travel.


  • Working as part of a team to define scope and provide technical advisory services to assist clients implementing a ServiceNow program of work
  • Understanding client requirements and translating to these into workable system solutions, creating overall architecture plans and integration design documentation and ServiceNow roadmaps
  • Creating and maintaining Platform Implementation Roadmaps and provide hands on assistance with the detailed design and implementation approach of selected engagements
  • Demonstrating product and technical knowledge on ServiceNow engagements
  • Hands on experience in creating innovative solutions within ServiceNow product lineup and integrations to third party products
  • Leading and developing the ServiceNow practice accelerators, documentation, collateral and actively involved in cross training and upskilling the team
  • Working with a team of technical and functional analysts to deliver incredible ServiceNow solutions for clients.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Acting as a thought leader across all aspects of ServiceNow project and solution delivery
  • Support the formal sales process, RFI & RFP responses
  • Scoping and assisting with the delivery of Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects
  • Work with the wider company group on opportunities where ServiceNow is required
  • Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experience
  • Formulating responses and solutions for business and technical problems raised by clients
  • Identifying sales opportunities to generate new business

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • An ability to define at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with client business problems
  • More than 5 years' experience working with the ServiceNow platform including designing and implementing solutions, and fundamental understanding of the relevant key technologies
  • Consulting Experience
  • Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC; well versed in CSDM 3.0 (and 3.0+) framework and an understanding of popular coding languages
  • A proven record of excellence in managing a solutionsdriven team at a senior level
  • A keen eye for detail with strong problemsolving skills and an ability to think outside the box
  • The ability to build strong and credible relationships with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • The ability to selfmanage and develop skills independently while contributing to the capability set of the broader team.

Ideally, you'll also have:


  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, Micro certifications, etc.)
  • CMA / CTA / Architecture certification will be advantageous
